Returns: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a refund. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at contact@distrogroupltd.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-6 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Conditions:

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
